Delivery

• Delivery is priced for your parcel and address, and you see the price at checkout before you order. It is free on orders over R850.
• Orders are carried by The Courier Guy, or by another courier we book through Bob Go (such as Fastway), and take 3 to 5 working days anywhere in South Africa they service.
• Or collect from a Pargo counter — a shop near you, chosen on Pargo's map at checkout. It costs R70 for parcels up to 5kg and R98 up to 15kg. Larger orders cannot go to Pargo.
• Orders are packed the same working day where possible.

Returns

• Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.
• If something arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and send a photograph. Keep the packaging until it is sorted out.
• For health and safety reasons, medicines and opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will put it right.
