Cal-C-Vita Combo 30

Cal-C-Vita is a long-established effervescent that combines calcium with vitamin C, vitamin D and vitamin B6. It has been used for generations during pregnancy and breastfeeding, during growth spurts and in convalescence. The combo pack provides 30 tablets. About 99% of the body's calcium is stored in the skeleton. When the diet does not supply enough, calcium is taken out of bone to keep blood levels stable, which slowly thins the bone over years. Vitamin C is water-soluble and cannot be stored, so immune cells rely on a regular supply. It is also the cofactor for collagen formation, which makes it important for skin, gums and wound healing.
