Toleriane Dermallergo Cream is La Roche-Posay's most stripped-back moisturiser, made for hyper-reactive skin: skin that tingles, burns, flushes and itches with weather, stress, water and most products, whether or not it looks red. Its key active is Neurosensine, a peptide that targets the over-active nerve signalling behind those sensations, so relief is felt rather than only seen. Squalane, glycerin and shea butter restore barrier lipids and moisture, thermal spring water soothes, and the formula is free of fragrance, alcohol, parabens, lanolin and colourants and tested on allergy-prone skin.
