Flugon is iNova's complementary cold and flu range built on Pelargonium sidoides, the trial-supported South African geranium extract, combined with elderberry, vitamin C, zinc and supporting botanicals depending on format. It is registered as a complementary medicine, and its strongest scientific leg is the pelargonium, which has randomised evidence of shortening colds and bronchitis when started early; elderberry and zinc each carry modest supportive trial data of their own.
