Lipikar Huile Lavante AP+ is a lipid-replenishing cleansing oil for the very driest skin, eczema-prone babies and elderly skin that itches after every bath. It is rich in plant oils, including canola oil high in omega fatty acids, which deposit lipids on the skin as the oil turns milky with water and rinses away, so bathing adds moisture instead of removing it. Niacinamide calms inflammation, Aqua Posae Filiformis supports the microbiome, and the formula is soap-free, fragrance-free and tested on atopic skin. It can be used on wet skin in the shower or added to bath water, and it leaves skin supple and comfortable rather than squeaky, cutting the tightness and itch that follow ordinary washing.
