Zinplex Forte is the higher-strength product in South Africa's best-known zinc range. It uses zinc picolinate, a well-absorbed form, and is the one most often recommended by pharmacists for teenage and adult acne, as well as for immune support and wound healing. Zinc supports the first line of immune defence, helps skin heal and regulates oil production in the skin, which is why it is used for both immune support and breakouts.
