Entiro 30 Capsules

Entiro is Cipla's South African probiotic built on a patented pairing developed at Stellenbosch University: Enterococcus mundtii ST4SA and Lactobacillus plantarum 423, at a minimum of one hundred million viable organisms of each per dose. The two strains were selected for surviving stomach acid and bile, adhering along the length of the gut, and producing natural antimicrobial peptides that crowd out troublemakers, the basis of the brand's claim to line, bind and protect the entire gut. It is the locally researched option for restoring flora during and after antibiotics and settling an unsettled gut. The 30-capsule pack is the standard month of the Stellenbosch strain pair.

A course of antibiotics clears good bacteria along with bad, and the commonest result is days of loose, unsettled digestion. Replacing flora with strains actually characterised in a local research programme is a more considered choice than an anonymous blend. Local strain research also means local accountability: these organisms are characterised in published South African work, not licensed from an anonymous catalogue.
