Entiro is Cipla's South African probiotic built on a patented pairing developed at Stellenbosch University: Enterococcus mundtii ST4SA and Lactobacillus plantarum 423, at a minimum of one hundred million viable organisms of each per dose. The two strains were selected for surviving stomach acid and bile, adhering along the length of the gut, and producing natural antimicrobial peptides that crowd out troublemakers, the basis of the brand's claim to line, bind and protect the entire gut. It is the locally researched option for restoring flora during and after antibiotics and settling an unsettled gut.
