OviVance from the Medical Nutritional Institute is formulated for women with polycystic ovary syndrome and other hormone-related gynaecological problems. Its Inoline-F blend provides 1000mg of inositol in the 40:1 myo- to D-chiro ratio with active folate (5-MTHF) and choline, supported by beta-carotene, vitamins B6, B12 and D3, iodine, magnesium, selenium and zinc. By improving insulin sensitivity it helps regulate irregular, heavy or painful periods, supports ovulation and egg quality, and eases PCOS symptoms such as acne, excess hair and weight around the waist. The ingredients are also those needed for a healthy pregnancy, so it can be taken before conception and continued during pregnancy. Allow one to three months for cycles to settle.
