Repleni-MAG from AnaStellar is a two-component 30-day pack. The orange evening tablet provides 150mg of elemental magnesium with calcium, potassium, sodium, amino acids and antioxidants for complete muscle function. The white morning capsule is a multivitamin with B-complex, vitamin C, folic acid and 15mg of chelated iron. The combination is aimed at leg cramps and restless legs, where low magnesium, low iron and low B vitamins all play a part, and it doubles as a general wellbeing supplement.
